Tiitus Arrtur

Tiitus Arrtur is an experimental roboticist and engineer working for and on The Sun[1]. Prior to his current employment he was the head of security for The Old Capital and lower Eaile in The Underglass under hero Abigail Daisy and mayor Oxi Gyn.

Biography

Information regarding Arrtur is hard to come by and often in contention, though what is known is that he was summoned to The Underglass prior to 9370 and was appointed to his position at The Old Capital in 9379. Following the events of the Fall of The Council of Dragon, the assassination of Mayessal Candidate Abigail Daisy and mayor Oxi Gyn, and invasion of T.O.C. in 9419 he was appointed to his current position on The Sun, which he has retained without movement since.

In 9378 he married Kalawai Delagon of the influential Delagon clan of The Underglass. An unsubstantiated rumor claims that it was Delagon’s influence that got Arrtur his position as head of security, though he vehemently denied the claim at the time. In 9397 the two had their first and only child together, Hyathia Delagon, who went on to become one of the Mayessal Candidates in the Mayessal Election of 9419. Shortly before the election Hyathia was disabled in an attack on T.O.C. which prevented her from participating in the election, and ultimately cost her her political career. Kalawai traveled to The Overglass in Hayathia’s stead, reportedly to look for her, at the time, missing husband, and eventually lost her life in The Great Reset two years later.

Controversy

During Arrtur’s time as Head of Security he had developed and transitioned the entirety of Lower Eaile and T.O.C. to a new method of security - a remotely controlled series of 15 foot tall Tiitus-Bots that patrolled pre-selected quadrants within larger circles of security. The Tiitus-Bots, renamed to simply Security, were developed to patrol and service what Arrtur called ‘people-hubs’- places where ‘people’ gathered frequently. The bots, reportedly, would malfunction in the absence of ‘people’ and instead congregate near movement, often bodies of water, when left alone. This glitch in their system lead to a service-wide fault in 9419 which allowed a collective of hackers working for Matriad and Dior’s insurrection movement to enter and remotely control the robots, making it difficult for evacuations of T.O.C. to occur and for information to leave the lower tower.

He later, under the employ of The Sun, ‘perfected’ his technology and unveiled the PWSOW in 9550- a robot of similar purpose- to protect and aide mainly civilians. The technology was revised in 9600 for espionage purposes. In 9942 he revised the PWSOW a final time, renaming the first model to PWSOW-Classic, and showcasing 5 new models: PWSOW-AntiSpellcaster, PWSOW-AntiPriest, PWSOW-AntiRogue, PWSOW-AntiWarrior, and PWSOW-TITANCLASS. Each new model had its own separate abilities and an AI unique to each individually constructed PWSOW-ANTI build (excluding the TITANCLASS). They were put into production subsequently, and have been seen on the frontlines of the 500-years-war fighting in place of the typical Sun Soldier. The PWSOW are regarded highly on The Sun for the ease in their production and quality of their build, but have been repeatedly cited by Republic of Metrianda officials for being ‘inhumane’ and ‘criminal’. Popular rumor states that PWSOW are made with Prisoners of War, or corpses collected from The Great Reset. Civilians of The Moon have been known to call PWSOWs POWSOWs, PissCows, and PwooSwoos- leading to further disavowment of their use.
