Dr. Chika Sumiye (summoned 9301, Eelanrua the 26th) is a Sun Scientist specializing in magic based robotics and neurosciences, as well the Brass hero of Pofe. Formerly the Mayor of Riverbend, after the events regarding the Old Capital in 9419 led her to defect to the Sun to continue her career.

Biography

Dr. Chika Sumiye is a vastly experienced neuroscientist known for her classified advancements in Robotics and Neuroscience studies. Formerly the mayor of Underglass city Riverbend- Not much is known about the Doctor’s life prior to summoning, refusing to disclose details regarding herself aside from small talk, or vague description of her work.

Sumiye is also speculated to be working on technology regarding body modifications, and automech tech- Having built her own arms after losing them working for the Sun.

Since moving to Pofe, Sumiye lives a less documented life- enjoying her privacy despite her controversial reputation.
