Abigail Daisy

Abigail Daisy is an ex-hero of the Underglassian city of The Old Capital, original Captain of The Sun, and the last president of her United States of America. She had been the second in command to the whole 10-city city for decades before her untimely death at the hands of the forces of The Sun. Abigail Daisy is widely regarded as a stern, no-nonsense yet flexible leader, she was beloved by the Underglass and, had she not been assassinated, was projected to have won the Mayessal election against Kian Shigar. She was assassinated during a peace banquet she hosted wherein she invited her political opponent: Kian Shigar, alongside the Captain of The Moon, Maldreth Matriad, the members of the Metallic Council of Dragons, her Heroes of The Old Capital, and the head of the Chromatic Council of Dragons, Bravophae Tenebris, and her father, Yevie. During this event access and power to The Central Tower of The Old Capital was cut off suddenly, in the chaos she and her assistant and mayor: Dr Mayor Oxi Gyn, were assassinated. Progressively over the next few days of isolation and chaos nearly every other attendee was killed. Her body appeared days later alongside Kian’s, The Dr Mayor’s, and the living Finnigan Leagallow on election night on The Perch- wherein it was subsequently destroyed as The Sun and The Moon descended upon the Perch and massacred The Council of Dragons. Centuries passed before Abigail was heard from again, presumed to be at the behest of a wish spell cast by an unknown force; she appeared, alive, in The Old Capital’s tower, and was subsequently evacuated and brought to The Republic. She is slowly regrowing her political power and allies, and is the current head of The Escherin Foundation- an old-world centered program that is focused on revitalizing The Underglass, particularly the indigenous species and nations that still exist.

In other histories, however, just like with everyone else, nearly every part of Abigail is subject to change. Her species, her gender, who she is allied with, etc etc etc- the only real things that don’t change are that she was a political leader back home, she is the target of politically-motivated assassinations, she holds a high position in Metrianda, she establishes the Escherin Foundation, and the Dr Mayor- a wildly unchanged man- is by her side the whole time. In the furthest back history you can find, Miko, she is almost identical- just like the others- but her position and who she is allied with is different. She works alongside Captain Kian Shigar and Captain Maldreth Matriad as the Captain of The Stars, and, during the war, she is the only unaffected ship. The Stars were seemingly tasked with exploring and garnering allies for the airborne nations in areas outside of Metrianda, and were often not home, hence why they were widely unaffected. What happened to them is not listed in any document.
